Prices are per month, billed monthly. Every plan includes unlimited email sending and takes no cut of your sales. The two upper tiers exist for contact volume and for evergreen webinars, which the lower plans do not open at all.

10 funnels, 10 automation rules, 3 custom domains and 5,000 contacts.

50 funnels, 100 automation rules, 10 custom domains and 10,000 contacts.
€47 per month
Unlimited funnels, contacts, automation rules and custom domains.
€97 per month
Unlimited contacts, funnels, automation rules and custom domains, plus early access to new features. This is also the plan most agencies land on, because client work multiplies domains faster than contacts.
Six things are not tied to your plan at all. They belong in a pricing discussion because they change what the tool actually costs you.
Unlimited emailing. Send unlimited emails to all of your contacts
No transaction fees. Accept payments through Stripe or PayPal at no extra cost
Unlimited file storage space
Unlimited students in a course, where most course platforms cap you
Your own affiliate program, set up and managed inside your funnels
Free migration from another platform, done by their team
The transaction fee is the one worth pricing out. A platform taking 2% of your revenue costs you $200 on $10,000 in sales, which is more than a full year of the Startup plan.
Free migration matters if you are leaving a competitor. Systeme.io states that their team handles the move, which removes the main reason people stay on a tool they have outgrown.
On support, systeme.io claims an average response time of under two hours, seven days a week. That is their figure, not a measured one, but it is part of what a plan buys.
Three limits are worth knowing before you build on the free plan, because they arrive in this order.
Funnels run out first. Three funnels is one main offer, one landing page and a little room. Testing two offers side by side already breaks it.
Automation is nearly absent. One rule, one workflow, one tag. You can send a sequence, but you cannot branch on what a contact does.
Evergreen webinars are blocked entirely. This is not a quota, it is a feature gate. They open on the Webinar plan at $47.
Your pages also carry systeme.io branding until you connect a domain. The free plan includes one custom domain, so this one is fixable without paying.
The decision is almost always made by your contact count, in this order.
Agencies are the exception. Client work multiplies custom domains long before it multiplies contacts, and that pushes you to Unlimited earlier than the contact count suggests.
Opening an account asks for an email address and nothing else. No payment method is stored, so nothing can be charged, and the free plan has no expiry date. You can leave an account dormant for a year at no cost.
Switching to annual billing gives two months free, so you pay ten months for twelve. On Startup that is $170 instead of $204 a year, on Webinar $470 instead of $564, on Unlimited $970 instead of $1,164.
It is worth doing only once you are sure of the plan. The saving is real but it locks you in for a year, and moving up a tier mid-year is simpler on monthly billing.
Yes. It has no time limit and does not convert into a paid subscription. No card is stored at sign-up, so no charge is technically possible.
Yes, and systeme.io takes no commission. You connect Stripe or PayPal and only their processing fees apply.
You keep everything you already have but cannot add more until you clean your list or move to Startup.
